Secretary of State Pushes Redistricting Reform

Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita says his proposal to change how state lawmakers draw maps for General Assembly and congressional districts is about putting voters above power. But his opponents say redistricting is a legislative responsibility that should stay out of the hands of the secretary of state. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Marianne Holland reports.
