Governor Daniels On State of State, Budget

Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels delivered his fifth State of the State address Tuesday: his first since being re-elected in November. Just days after his administration presented their budget proposal for the next two years, Daniels advised the General Assembly not to raise taxes or use state reserve funds to balance the budget. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Marianne Holland spoke with the governor about these and other issues he’d like to see addressed during this legislative session.
