Last week Governor Mitch Daniels proposed a plan that would help Hoosiers pay for college. Under Daniels’ plan, middle-income high school graduates can receive around 3-thousand dollars a year for their first two years of college. From member station WFIU in Bloomington, Daniel Robison has more.
