Senate Puts Forth Its Property Tax Plan

Today Indiana’s Senate put forth its changes to the bill that contains Governor Mitch Daniels’ property tax restructuring plan.  But those changes are already drawing criticism for their potential impact on schools.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Marianne Holland reports.
